We provide personnel, supervision, equipment, and liaison support in support of in-bound and out-bound air traffic. Functions performed under this contract include Program Management, Air Terminal Operations, Transient Alert Services, and Cargo Operations. Our cargo operations consist of commissary shipments, transient, or installation shipments, which we process using various types of materials handling equipment to off-load aircraft, transport to holding areas, and upload out-bound transporters. We perform anti-hijacking briefings for all outbound passengers, inspect carry-on luggage and perform random inspections of checked baggage.
Additionally, we provide all personnel and supervision necessary to operate a Centralized Baggage Service Center, re-routing mis-routed or presumed lost luggage to its correct destination or processing customer claims for lost luggage, Air Force wide. The principal functions performed include Program Management, Passenger Service, Claims Processing, and Funds Management.

Airfield Services & Logistics
We are experts at Airfield Services & Logistics. CAV International provides air terminal and ground handling services and passenger terminal operations for the US Air Force’s Air Mobility Command, the air component of the US Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM). Located at Scott AFB, Illinois, USTRANSCOM provides air, land, and sea transportation for the Department of Defense, both in time of peace and time of war.
AMC provides strategic and tactical airlift, air refueling, and aero medical evacuation services for deploying, sustaining and redeploying US forces wherever they are needed. Many special duty and operational support aircraft are also assigned to AMC (including Air Force One). AMC's air fleet provides swift response as an element of America's global reach.

Commissary Services and Logistics
CAV International also provides commissary services for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCa). DeCa operates a worldwide chain of commissaries that provides groceries to military personnel, retirees and their families.
